Nothing will happen very big, it just won't tan worth a beans. You will only be pushing 100 watts into a lamp that is designed for 160 Watts. Now if you put a 100 watt lamp in a unit that has 160 watt ballast, the lamp will light and tan for a very short time and it will burn out within a few sessions or so.
