term for high pressure?

alright no im not a tanning professional- in fact im a tanning newbie.. but.. i do have a question that maybe all of you tanning professionals could answer.
at my salon, they offer a one session for 35 dollar and three sessions for 70 dollars in this high tech looking bed- im assuming its a high pressure bed... but they advertise it not as "high pressure" but as some kinda long word starting with an "e" and ending in a "y"..
anyone know what this term is? is it the kind of bed? is just a fancy term for high pressure? is it something totally different then high pressure all together?
any help would be great

So many salons take some liberty in the terms they use for certai units.

A bed consisting of flourscent tube style lamps only is low pressure. A bed consisting of "halogen" type lamps (as in facial) lamps only is a high pressure unit.

Then you have some salons that have flourescent lamps with a facial lamp or 2 or 3, and have the gall to call it a medium pressure bed. No such animal, but an interesting marketing term.

It's simply on or the other, and a combination of both is not medium presssure.

Most likely a Entropy bed by Tanses.

If that is it, then yes, it is all High Pressure!

Great bed, not sure if I would pay the price they ask for one, But at $30.00 a session it will really paint some color on you!

If you haven't tried the Entropy, you just can't explain it. The Price is high but the level of tanning is unmatched.

I didn't like it's apperance and I have heard from people who have tried it that there are definetly hot spots.
