Have you ever had a problem with the top canopy not coming on, but the base working? It sounds like connection somewhere, but where?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a loose connection in the back of the ballast tray underneath behind the bed..Does it just happen sometimes or? If all the lamps in the canopy dont come on then it's probably a relay.

Where is the relay located? In the ballast tray or under the lights?

In the ballast tray on the right hand side after you pull it out and remove metal cover..I would just make sure all the connections at ballast tray in the back are tight first..

There is only one relay on there, so your problem is in the amp connectors on the back of the ballast tray. Good luck.

Two relays on a 232? Amp connector is some electrical term having to do with "something 'multi-pin'". Anyway, the little black thingamajiggers on the back of the big silver box under the bed. ~sheesh~

Those connections are all tight and still no lights on the canopy.

Chances are its the relay in the ballast tray or possible a loose wire..Press down the blue center strip on the relay and see if the lamps come on..
