Lamp Wattage Vs. UV Output

What is the relationship. We all know, or should know that an ordinary light bulb that is 100 watts will give out more light than a 40 watt lamp. Does a 160 watt tanning lamp give out more UV rays than a 100 watt tanning lamps?

Hard to say. Does a V8 have more power than a I4? MOst cases that would be a YES OF COURSE YOU ***. This is not the case though. I had a V8 with 140hp (Olds 307) and an I4 with 140HP (Honda VTEC).

Also, I'd be willing to bet that a 100watt VLR will put out more UV than a 160watt Voltjunk

I have no opinion of Voltars one way or the other, I just, for some reason, thought that they were a expensive quality lamp? Go figure. (If I trust your opinion)

NO. I HAVE NEVER USED A VOLTARC. I just can smell crap before it sticks to my shoe.
