can anyone tell me what are the best lamps for my Starpower bed. Any new lamps out there, I saw something about 9k,,, lamps or something like that.

Canopy: 32 x 160 watt Wolff Speed 315R reflector lamps
Bench: 16 x 100 watt Wolff Speed 225R reflector lamps
Facials: 4 x 400 watt Heraeus lamps
This is what is recommended, but call ETS just to make sure!

Speed lamps have been discontinued. Try Light Sources - more bang for the buck.

Ya they are out, try 4 seasons. They are 160 watts but they are bi pin.

Gmetal, I have a starpower bed as well, with only 46 hrs of use. The bulb ends are darkening, seems to me this might be premature? Did this happen to yours? Thanks.

yes, i heard it had something to do with the power usage it takes to start up the bed, dont know it thats right or not, Would you mind if I ask what you charge for your Starpower, the different package prices, single prices, monthly.

The power usage story was what I was told by my ETS rep, but i'm doubtful. I want to make sure, so if there is a problem with the lamps, I can report it before my warranty expires. I charge $20 for a single session, 5 for $90, 10 for $155, 15 for $225, 20 for $275 and $405 for 30. 1 month unlimited $185, 2 mos $290. How is the bed working out for you? Any problems?
