yes, i heard it had something to do with the power usage it takes to start up the bed, dont know it thats right or not, Would you mind if I ask what you charge for your Starpower, the different package prices, single prices, monthly.

The power usage story was what I was told by my ETS rep, but i'm doubtful. I want to make sure, so if there is a problem with the lamps, I can report it before my warranty expires. I charge $20 for a single session, 5 for $90, 10 for $155, 15 for $225, 20 for $275 and $405 for 30. 1 month unlimited $185, 2 mos $290. How is the bed working out for you? Any problems?
