Rep Power: 0 Tyler Durden is on a distinguished road
I need to relamp a solaris 36 3f speed 175. I am in Florida so I need to relamp them with something that I have a letter of equivilency with. I got a quote from ETS for Velocity Plus for $18 and some change each. 3 questions.
1. Is this a fair price or can I get these specific bulbs cheaper elsewhere?
2. Are there other brand bulbs that are equivilent to the Speed 175 and come with a letter of equivilency?
3. Should face tanning bulbs be changed as often as the other bulbs?
Thanks
David

Call URI - http://www.uriworld.com/. They have good prices and can give you a list of compatible lamps for that bed.

Salon Support and Four Seasons also have a good deal on lamps. We have the same bed and using the Vel Plus. We got them about 15/lamp. Ets had quoted that price for the regular Velocitys for our base beds?? Stay away from ETS for lamps

$15.00 is way high for a standard 100W non-reflector lamp.

If you are currently using Wolff Speed 175 here are some compatible options.
LSI Select = price starts at $10.75 ea, slightly stronger than Speed lamps.
Cosmedico Goldarium Sp = starting at $12.75 ea, nice bronze color.

Instead of the Velocity Plus try the Wolff Dominion they start at $12.75 ea. Faster results for more serious tanners.

John - Will the Wolff Dominion be compatible in the SunStar ZX30?? I replaced one of my beds with the Goldarium SP and like them but, I want to get something hotter (if there is anything) I know my choices are very limited with this bed. The Goldariums are Good lamps but I just wanted another to compare them to. Which, in your opinion, is the better lamp - Goldarium SP or the LSI Select? or do you have another favorite that would fit my SunStar?

Was the Speed 175 the original lamp?
