Well respected company in Europe, but to new to the USA waters to rate salon/tanner use..you would be one of the first. So be brave, go forth and do it!

I just bought a salon, My first, and it has a new (2 months old, 65 hrs) Tansun Serenity in it. This unit so far has been nothing but problems. I had the UV checked on the bed and it is showing a 30 on the bottom, and a 17 on the top. We have taken the acrylic off, same results. took the top bulbs and put them in the bottom, same results. Also the peole who the machine was purchased from AWTS is not willing to help at all. If anyone has any comments or suggestions as to what might help, please let me know.

It most likely has a weaker ballast in the bottom. Some units use a 160W ballast in the top & a 140 or 100w ballast in the bottom.

Just buy better lamps.

Why get that bed when you can get a Dr Kern that works better IMO and is cheaper.
