The price is about $3.00-$4.00 more for a 2 meter lamp. The output is only slightly better on the 180w 2M lamps.

ODD size = premium price, very few suppliers to choose from. Thus the supply and demand factor leading to the premium price.

John: You said the output is slightly over the the 160 lamps. Let me add: yah, 20 watts over, duh! Man what a Faux Pas!

Rep Power: 0 ULTRAEXTREME is an unknown quantity at this point
In order to get the result of a 160w lamp they have to make it 180w because of the extra length..
That is why you see laydown beds with facials with a 100w in the bench and only 80w in the lid...
The short lamp in the lid does not need as much wattage to light the lamp up..
A longer lamp is going to need more wattage to light it up...
The 180 or 160 watt lamp would really only vary in strength due to the uvb%..
check out our lamps at www.ultratanningsupply.com
I can order you any lamp at discount prices!!!!!
