looking to pick up a new puretan aurora but I heard from a friend the quality was on par with ETS, so before I make a mistake anyone have a recommendation.By the way no one has one in the vicinity so I'm going by specs only. Thanx in advance

Dont have particular model of PURETAN, but I do have 5 ELLIPSE III's and wouldn't trade them for anything!! NO PLASTIC, all metal construction bed, maybe not the prettiest, but these can take a beating and still look GOOD! I have had nothing but great service outta all my puretan beds, and I started out with 6 ETS BEDS in may of 2001, and now I have none of them left if that tells ya something! PURETAN BEDS ARE WINNERS!

No, that is not true.
In Any tanning bed you can use either the original lamp or a compatible replacement! Thier are plenty of compatible replacements on the market from major brands like Cosmedico, LSI, & Wolff. |

Puretan makes solid beds..if you have not purchased yet, you may want to hold off until Nashville..they are introducing 2 new beds..one is a 60lamper, outdoing the Aurora
