I am relamping all my base grade beds tomorrow...this is the first time I have done this, so I was wondering....is it better to start the bed so I can see as I put each bulb in that it works? I would get so frustrated if I did an entire bed and got the acrylics back on only to see that a bulb is out....

What do you all recommend doing?
Thanks!

We just change all of the bulbs and then check them all before putting the acrylics back on.

Also order a box of starters. In both my salons whenever I relamp a bed 1 or 2 starters always seem to fail when put with a new lamp. I open it up and its all burnt up inside even though it was working just prior to with the old lamps. Seem odd but happens.

It is always good to leave the bottom acrylic in while changing the top lamps. It really sucks if you drop a lamp & it breaks. What a pain to clean out the entire bed.

We always do the top first so we can lay on the bottom while changing them. I have heard it is best to change the starter every other lamp change... true???

On our beds that have starters we change them every other lamp change. That is what I have been told is reccommended too.

As the manufacturer of starters, I would agree with your every other lamp change proceedure.

Electric starters. Never change a starter again.
