This is for all you newbies. This is a word of warning. Stay away from PERFECT TAN beds. They Promised me on time delivery, but they were a month late with my beds. They ruined my Grand Opening. They Promised me that they will come down and help me set up and get familiar with the equipment, but when the beds arrive there is only one guy. When you needed at least 4 men to bring in the beds. While trying to put the beds together, he asks us to go to the bar and buy him some beer. I wasn’t about to buy someone that’s setting up my beds beer. All he did was put the beds together, he didn’t have a clue as to how to wire the beds. Now I’m sitting here with my thumb up my *** because I didn’t have a clue as how to wire these beds. Then they Promise you service better then anyone else. When you call them it's an answering machine, or if someone picks up they will tell me that their in the factory and they will call me right back, but I never end up hearing from them. I can go on and on but I think you get the point I did some research in the beginning but I should have done a lot more. So please newbies don't make the same mistake I did. Good luck

So sorry to hear you have a bad situation. Hope you get it all settled soon.

Point is for the newbies, research research... Make sure you talk to customers of any company you are considering to purchase machines from. Get references, check them out, go with a well known company.

mgtyquin, thanks for bringing this information to the front lines. Maybe it will help someone before they get into a mess such as yours.
