It sounds like a control circuit problem. I'm just guessing but the "white piece" you're pushing sounds like the mannual test button on the main power relay. Sounds like there is an open in the 110 volt control circuit. Time for an electrcian.

I have a 2000 blue dream bed, I moved it and had to disconnect all the wires on the bottom and top bed. When i went to put the back on I had an orange wire from the lower bed that was numbered and I couldn't remember what port it connect too.
Does anyone happen to know where is goes into,

If you look at the motor box with your feet on the same side as the two wire conduits coming out, the lower bed wires are on the left, i need to know where the orange one connects too.

Any wiring experts out there

Larry, when you move this bed, you should only need to take out the power wires, timer wires and the bottom and top wire harness. I've seen many many people pull out each wire on the wire harness and cause a night mare.

If you are facing the bed and if this orange wire you are talking about is located in the back right side of the ballast tray then let me know if you are using a remote timer or using the bed on stand alone. You can also call me at 231-744-1265, i will be in the office today until approx 1:00pm EST time and i can help you. There are a few orange wires on this unit but it depend on which one you are talking about and I don't understand from what you have written above. Thanks Jeff

CHECK YOUR FANS

WE WERE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS MORE WITH THE FACIAL THEN THE WHOLE BED. WE REPLACE ALL 3 FACIAL BULBS AND IT WOULD STILL SHUT DOWN. AFTER WE INVESTIGATED THE FACIAL INNERS- IT WAS THE FAN NOT WORKING- THEY WERE OVER HEATING AND THE SENSORS WERE TURNING THEM OFF ( I QUESS SOME SAFETY FACTOR)

HOPE THIS WORKS.

BY THE WAY WHAT TYPE OF BLUE DREAM DO YOU HAVE- I HAVE A OLDER MODEL I'M TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE TANNING ROOM AND SALON- WE CAN NOT FIGURE HOW TO GET IT APART.
