When should you change HP facial bulbs?
When they burn out or do they have an effective useful life?

Like standard flourescent tanning lamps the HP facial lamps also have an "average" or "rated" life.

Most 400w facials are rated for 750 hrs, some up to 1000hrs.

I would deduct about 30% off of the rated life to get "usefull" life.
