Depends on the lamp, depends on the bed... usually around 375-450 hours max. But this also depends on how long the salon keeps their regular lamps. IF they're dumb enough to believe the manufacturer, they keep them in until they just about burn out.

Buy a meter and record the value when first installed. Change them out when they drop 30% from original value. Some lamps may get only 350 hours while others will last 500+, Don't waste lamp life, or $$$, needlessly.
I'm SURE that Don will be covering meters and the like in his talk on Sat. |
