Nope not yet, I haven't recieve that meter. I am gettin worried that it is lost in the mail.
I emailed Don to see when he shipped to me.

Don, I still haven't recieved the meter! I sure hope it didn't get lost in the mail.

I tanned in the Advantage lamps yesterday for the first time. I used the same lotions that I used in the Black Sun.

I got pink and for the first time ever, I striped. I have never gotten the stripes when tanning. Know a reason that this happened?

I have not had anyone else to mention this since they have been using them. Why me?

Are they reflectors in a non-reflector bed? Read the reflector posts.

I will read that Steve, but I have tanned in these beds four years and nothing is diff. other than changing the lamps.

I did a check today and the stripes are gone. They were there last night, but gone today

They are not reflector lamps. I visited Mitzi and saw these lamps. I tanned with them too. Maybe Lampman or Phillips will be around to explain the stripes since it is their lamps.

The only time we have seen this is when people take longer than they should or dont move at all during their session.The lamps run cooler and you dont find yourself moving aroung as you would with a hotter lamp.

Well I didn't move. I normally tan laying on my back and will shift some, but that day I laid on my stomach and drifted off to a light snooze. But as I said, the stripes disappeared the next day and I haven't had any clients comment on this happening.

Will try again this week.

Mitzi - if you don't get a loaner model 7 from Don, try to find one somewhere. Time's a wasting.

URI, Future, and 4-Seasons have them in stock as a last resort.
