We have three Royal Sun beds. The digitan timers are a ROYAL pain. I think we have at least one messed up at all times. And Neils isn't in any hurry to help you. But the beds do give a great tan.

I already have the old generation royal sun 8-units total and none of the digitan timers work correctly I just use the t-max for all my data, but you are right they do tan good,I just wish they would fix or get rid of digitan,if you had a profit share with someone and you were using it to get hours you would make a killing because it doesn't add the total run time of the bed, just a thought. Are your beds the new generation they said they fixed the digitan problems.

My beds are the new generation and the digitan problems are not fixed. I can't seem to get any help with these problems either. I have talked to two different people with this company and they always say they will figure out the problems and call me back, or they'll order parts and call when they come in. Well guess what? They don't call and when I call them they are always right in the middle of something and they will call me right back. That doesn't happen either! So do you want names so you'll know who not to buy beds from?
