Anything 5% or under.

If you use a new lamp over 5% and your bed or booth came with lower uvb lamps, your normal session lengths should be reduced about 30% in lenght, if you went from a 5% or lower lamp to the higher 6.5% to 9%.
This is only a rough guide.

Most states don't alow you to change the lamp type without recertifying the bed or booth to the new lamp specs.

The higher uvb lamps burn very fast, so session lenghts would be shorter.
