electronic starters

does anyone use these new starters and if you have how long,any problems,warranty,price paid,how long do they last ,where can i get some to try.

I just bought some from Tan Systems to put in my Sun Capsule. They are supposed to last up to 10 years and keep the bulbs from turning black at the ends!!
