Lamp Replacement

I have the Sun Ergoline Sundash Radius standup(2000 model)and it doesn't tan for sh... I want to change the lamps' I have factory 200watt genius in there now.Anyone else have this problem? what can i do?

wow whats up with that 200 watt lamps that dont tan? may be they dont burn. are you sure they dont tan.

We all know that there is no such thing as a 200 watt lamp. Try using the Wolff Solarium Xlr or Cosmedico Vhr W/rdc caps.

please contact the company that you bought the unit from with the number of hours on the lamps and the batch code.

depending on how many lamp hours are on them, they may or may not cover them under some type of warranty.

they will ask you some questions, and they may not cover it...if not, call don cole at 1-800 643 0086 ext. 2430 at sun ergoline.
