Does anyone out there have a Solaris bed with Facial units that don't come on?

We have several of these units. Sometimes they come on, sometimes they don't. I've
changed the thermistor, and the timer... anyone have any ideas?

Try checking the ignitor where the wires connect and make sure the screws are tight also check the ballasts to see the wires are tight and remove the lamp and look at the dimple in the end of the socket for arc marks.

Ok I am probably going to sound quite stupid here as I am not exactly sure what I am talking about however I did have this same problem when I first hooked up my new beds. I got an electrican to look at this but the problem was the amount of electricity coming into my building. Apparently your facials need a certain amount of voltage and if it is above or below this level, they will not turn on. The voltage in my building had to be adjusted.

I also find that if clients turn facials on and off, sometimes they will not turn back on. Again, this is due to the change is voltage or sometimes heat.

Please forgive me if I am clueless here!!
BUT this was certainly the problem with mine though an electrician fixed it for me.
