Thanks for the sage advise. Tut- I'll look into this neutral wire. I'm not sure if we covered this already because it sounds familiar. But everything sorta sounds familiar these days. I hate this bed.Thanks again.

why have you put up with this tell the seller to pick the thing up, and send you a new one.call the better business b.if they give you the run around.what dealer did you buy it from?let them know you are telling people on tantalk about your problem.

1.The lamps may have been damaged on the door from the door slamming shut from the draw of the fan. Later units have a switch at the top of the door to shut off the fan when the door is opened to eliminate this. Your machine can be retrofited. 2.The ballasts are remotely mounted next to the door to reduce weight on the door hinge. The wiring harness or connector may be undersized or defective reducing efficiency. 3.The neutral wire is for 120 volt lighting in the booth. (not used for powering choke ballasts) 4. Is heat a factor? Heat will destroy VHR lamps very quickly. Adaquate A/C and ventillation is a must. 5. Phasing does not apply as a problem in this application.
