Sungate is reading error code E05. I know this is the emergency stop code but button is not pressed and Code won't reset and bed won't operate. Have checked all connections and even wired E-stop button to override - still get the code. Future isn't sure and might send a tech but I don't want to wait any longer - bed has been down since Wednesday. Any ideas on what else Ican check?

Re: Sungate??
Make sure that all of ther plugs are plugged into the main board in the front right of the drawer. Also, under the black cover plate over the lamps where the emer. stop switch is mounted, there is a plug under there that connects to the emer. stop switch that could also be loose.

Re: Sungate??
Have Future tell you which 2 wires run up to to the E switch off the control board. Once you know that you can put in a jumper between those to terminals on the board. If that works then you know you have a break in the circuit somewhere. If it still does not work you probably have a bad board. Very easy to do but I do not have a diagram in front of me.

Re: Sungate??
Connector x10 is for the emer. stop circuit. Jumper that out. Also, it could be the acrylic. Check the plunger switch for the bottom acrylic.

Re: Sungate??
Thanks for the help. Have tried all that - get E05 no matter what is jumped out. Do you know what connector is for the acrylic switch. I cut the wires at the switch and tied together to override it but i guess if the connection to the board isn't good that could be the problem. Any other suggestions?

Re: Sungate??
Brian, or anyone, do you know where I can get my hands on a new board. Do you happen to stock them. I swapped out the board from my Futuresun HP to the Sungate and sure enough it worked. Don't know why I didn't think to try that sooner. So now its deciding which bed to have down!!!!
