Sunquest 1993 41 model help!!!!

I have a bed that I had bought and my electrician said he doesnt believe it is wired right. (previous owner rewired it, I think it is suppose to be hard wired but they wired it for a dryer plug at their home.) He is wanting a diagram so he can see the correct way to wire it. Where can I get this?

I am assuming its a commercial unit. I found the model number and its a Sunquest Super bed zx41. I'm sure thats why the previous owner rewired it to fit a dryer plug. My electrician wants to make sure they wired it correctly. He thinks it's wrong. He is wanting to rewire it but needs a wiring diagram to make sure he does it correct.

I have worked on a bunch of these babies. Its a commercial unit allright. But forget the dryer plug man you have no nuetral anyways its a single phase jobby with 2 hots and a ground, so go get your self hard wired into a quick shut off box, or use a 250 volt 50 amp plug which will be a rather large black plug which the electrician will have to install onto the power cord, that has two vertical blades one wider than the other and a grounding pin. The wiring inside the bed on the ballast tray is it done or do you need some help with that? As there are 2 hanesses on each side of the tray along with the timer console control cable on the right side and the main power cable comes in from the rear and hooks onto the terminal line at the front left corner of the tray You willsee a large brown wire, one large blue wire and a green, ( green is ground, hots go onto the blue and brown either - or doesn't matter.) You should have a t-max connection in there if not let me know.

Ok I got the bed wired and now for some reason the internal fan will not kick on. It did to begin with but for some reason it don't now. It kicked on for about 2 minutes and that was it.

You need to program the key pad, most of the time this is factory set so the fans don't turn on until about 2 min. Nothing wrong with that. I have a program manual. The wiring is simple, doesn't matter what plug you use just as long as you have the right size wire and amp plug. Unit is single phase and use #8 wire and a 40amp plug would be fine.

How do I reprogram the timer? Yesterday it didn't runt he first session but the next 2 it did.
