Help with contactor please

I have a Wolff Systems Sunvision Pro 28LX that is not working.I sold it to a friend and now it wont come on.It was working fine untill we moved it.From what i have read i need to check the timer and contactor for lose wires and i am not sure how to get to it.Do i remove the endcaps and cover on canopy or do i remove bulbs and reflector ?

Re: Help with contactor please

You only have to remove the top cover to get to the guts; but the main contactor probably isn't the problem. You more than likely had the manual timer bypassed so that the bed would run on a remote timer? That's where I would start. If it's a newer model bed with the phone jacks in the back, then you just need a bypass plug. Good luck.

Re: Help with contactor please

Should have a bypass plug in the back of the bed, also make sure you have 220 going to the bed.
