Classic 650

I have an Ergo 650 that started giving me trouble today. It started my cutting sessions off about 1 min early and was giving an E010 message. My employee relayed the message wrong to me as an E030, so I had her reseat the canopy acrylic and it allowed her to run several more sessions, then did the same thing. When I got here I saw it was an E010, I turned off the power to the bed and turned it back on and then the bed was flashing E002. I can't get the bed to stop flashing this error now. It allowed me to run 2 test sessions for the full time despite the error message. I looked online at Ergoline and it says I may have a faulty water pump. Does anyone have any ideas on things I can check? What is a low cost way to troubleshoot this? Will it hurt the bed to run sessions even with the error message displayed?

Thank you so much!

Re: Classic 650

e10 is overheating facial .e 30 is top acrylic open. e002 is your ac pump is bad due to a bad board. but those boards hardly ever go bad. you might need to unplug it and let sit and plug back in. let me know if this helps call me anytime 3104181519
