Ergo 800 Error

My Excellence 800 is giving an error E039.....does anyone know how to fix this? Manual says error in control panel shoulder tanner. Thanks in advance

we just opened the shoulder tanner, cleaned the lamps and now I can't get the bed to work

There's a switch that gets pushed in when the cover is put back on correctly. Check to make sure the cover has been reseated properly and is tightened down. *But not too tight!
