Ergoline e450 not working!

I have an Ergoline e450 that is not working. We plug the power into the wall, but no response from the bed. I checked the control panel because there is a red and green LED on the circuit board, but neither of these lit up. I measured the power going from the wall into the bed and it is there. Can anyone give me some troubleshooting steps? Thanks again in advance.

Not familiar with this bed, but check to see if they have any breakers inside the bed. Maybe one of those got tripped.

There is power on the bed but evidently there is no power in the bed because LEDs are not on. Did you just bought it? Could it be dead main board? There is a row of breakers behind main board.

Check acrylic safety switches.
