Question Intellitan Communication Error

This is my 2nd attempt to post a new thread to TanTalk (newbie to the website). So, I'll try posting under Equipment Repair, as opposed to Open Forum. I'm in desperate need for trouble-shooting a communication link error between my Intellitan control manager and an Ergo 400 bed. The bed has been working/communicating with no issues for almost 2 years...but for whatever reason, now has lost communication with my Intellitan. I can view the bed as available on my TanTrack software, but unable to send any mins. to the bed. It's not showing up as available on my Intellitan Control Panel. I'm not having any issues with any of my other beds...?? Can anyone please help me troubleshoot?

Double-check to make sure that the room number address is still correct and make sure your phone cord connections are still good.

Uh oh - I don't remember the procedure exactly, and this could take some time. You're probably better off waiting until tomorrow when you can call Ergoline tech support and get some help with them. But your problem is either a break in the communication line (this is the most likely), or the timer has lost its bed address.
