Mystic Nozzle

The right hand nozzle in my booth is not spraying quite right. It sprays but in the beginning it kind of just sputters, then goes like the other two. No one has complained or noticed, but I have when Im in the booth. Can anyone help me figure this out? I have cleaned the nozzles. Could it have something to do with the check valves?

I would do a little research on your meter? When was the last time it was changed? Is it older than two years old? What you described sounds like one of the symptoms of a failing Meter. Sorry to say, but that is a costly replacement. I think it runs about $1300. I could be wrong though.

Make sure the O ring is intact at the valve and nozzle.

check the screwon connecters at the back and see if they leak water /air when the machine sprays

Clean the check valve. It is not holding the fluid in the tubing at rest.

When I had the same problem I found the piston for that nozzle was leaking and allowing air in. The piston was not pumping the correct amount of solution. We did a leak test with soap and water. You could see the air bubbles. We replaced the piston and everything was fine.

Yeah, that's why you check the cheap stuff first then rule that out and move to the meter.

Bronzer tears up machines. Clear is better. Less particulates to score the seals.
