Re: sunstar z32
I'm talking about opening the timer and twisting the white and black on the remote wires on T6 or T7 on the timer board together since they don't have the bypass plug.

Re: sunstar z32
i have the drawer where all the ballast are in open and there are 2 jacks smaller than phone jacks in the top. there are white, green, black and red wires on both jacks. do i need to do both jacks individually or just do one and which colors do i connect?? Or do i have to jump the 2 plugs together??? If i have the wires jumped correctly what else might it be??? It just seems like it wont turn the timer on. The timer is digital in the top of the bed. Thanks for the help

Re: sunstar z32
turn the power off to the unit. at the timer board, on either one off the plugs (you only need to do one) clip the white and black wires, strip the wires and twist them together. turn the power back on. press the start button.

Re: sunstar z32
On the older ZX32's which I thought you had, the orginal by pass plug had yellow,Green, black and red. The black and red were already together with a resistor sodered to it, then you just twisted the yellow and green together hit the green button on the keypad and the unit would work. Are these the orginal phone clips? Or did you make them?
