OC Bummin

I am hoping someone can help me out with this one since the tech and the original distributor have no ideas left. The bed in question is a 2003 Royal Sun 46/6 with about 1500 hours on it. I bought the salon in Aug. 05. Absolutely a wonderful bed up until about a month ago. The top canopy of the bed would not light up at all and so we called a tech out who then called the distriubtor in NO. CA. who then told them how to "rewire" the bed so the problem will never happen again.

It happened again. Then we thought, it MUST be the fans and figured out another two facial blue glasses later that the fans were shutting off after 3 mins in to the session (12 min. max). I had to replace the main circuit board. Problem NOT solved, another glass blew out within a few minutes again.

I am out so far at this point 4 mirror blue glasses ($150 each ), two tech visit fees ($300 ) not to mention many frustrating hours spent on the phone with the techs and the distributor who seem to have no clue as to why this keeps happening. The last thing the bed distributor in in N. CAlif, says to me is that "if the air is escaping out of the end caps (which are made out of plastic on the royal sun) the cold air is not getting distributed to the facial glass and therefore what maybe causing the bed to over heat and blowing the glass out." Can anyone out there verify or just give me any advice on this?? (yes, the distributor does want me to buy a newer bed and switch it out with one of his inventory). I put duct tape around the end caps like he suggested but the air coming out there is so warm that the tape is just simply "melting" off slowly, so that doesnt seem like a long term solution.
