I pulled the plug out of the back, that you would typically use a jumper wire on! There was a Blue, Green, Black, White and Brown Wire does anyone know which 2 wires need to be jumped?

There are safety swtichs under the acrylics on these beds top and bottom. If the acrylic isn't in all the way the bed won't turn on. I can't remember which are the jumper wires but will try to find out.

Most likely black and brown. In most German beds, the brown is the switched leg on the black phase and the blue is the other phase and green is ground. White is usually a switched output or a neutral.

Re: 1993 Sonnenbraune wolff system 624
Sarge,
Thanks for you help, I messed with the switches when I had the acrylics off while cleaning the bed! Nothing happened! If you could find out which are the jumpers wires that would be great! I tried the brown and black, and still now power! |

Re: 1993 Sonnenbraune wolff system 624
Try to blue and brown as Brian said. Its' just been so long since I have worked on this unit. Did it work before? What has changed? Jeff Oh! you said you messed with the switches? How. The plunger on each of the switches need to be pushed own all the way. Better yet. Turn the power off, cut the wires going to the safety switches on the bench and canopy and wire nut then together. Those safety switches are a joke..... don't need them.....

Re: 1993 Sonnenbraune wolff system 624
It is 7 and 12
... yup, just grabbed one off the shelf. Except I think the brown is actually orange. Another one with just a jumper wire is between 7 and 12. So that's it. Last edited by tanfixr; 07-27-2007 at 06:58 PM. |
