I have a rejuvasun 332, Help

I have a 1 month old rejuvasun. I have come to realize that after about 5 minutes in the bed the facial bulbs start going off and on. This happens everytime with or with out the therapy panel. I called tech support and got no where. does anybody know why they would go off and on like this?

Also my Tmax started making a high pitched noise and bed 3 and 4 went offline. When I got them back up they had switched. and I can't get them to go back. so now when I enter them room 3 is 4 and 4 is 3. confusing sometimes. I tried unistalling adnet software, and tripping the breakers reinstalling adnet and turning the breakers on in the correct sequence. and nothing still reversed. Can someone lend a hand with some information that will help me.

Call ETS. Tell them to fix their **** bed. Tell them to send someone out ASAP.

Sounds like a heat issue with the facials and the thermo's are telling the facials to turn off. Check your fans. Also sounds like a bad tmax cable with those rooms? Good Luck

Re address the beds. The addresses have jumped.

You either have poor cooling or you have low voltage. Do you have a booster on this unit? WHat is your incoming voltage?

Thanks Guys, ETS is sending a tech tomorrow, and it was the 1 facial fan, the room has perfect cooling never gets hot in any of my rooms, but the fan is bad. and the beds addresses did jump I reset them all is good again. Thanks for your help. I felt stupid not checking the fans... DUH. Senior moment I guess. I work 15 hours a day here so I am brain dead alot of the time. But I have to say. I have been open a month and this place has paid for itself right off, and afforded me to add some stuff for my clients. I am happy for the slow season and located in small town USA. I read your posts all the time kills the dead time and I get alot of laughs from all of you.

These people should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. Do you know HOW HARD IT IS TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO FIND A CHEAP ENOUGH FAN THAT CAN GO BAD LIKE THAT????

These fans are rated for a GAZILLION RPMs and designed to be on 24/7. Even the cheapest fan won't blow out.

THAT'S HOW BAD THEY HAVE TO BE CUTTING CORNERS.

Well, being one of the biggest tanning companies we decided to go with the fans that cost 1cent each instead of getting the ones that are actually COMMERCIAL RATED at 6cents each.

Oh man there's an idea! LET'S USE IT IN WHAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A REVOLUTION IN TANNING BED DESIGNS!!!

Who the christ is behind such nonsense?????? PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM ******** YOU WITH HIGH TEMP NONSENSE.

WHAT THE **** KIND OF FAN SHUTS DOWN IN HIGHT HEAT????? It's supposed to TURN ON IN HIGH HEAT!!!!
