SunDash L37

I have a 15 min Sundash 232GF. After the bed is set with the time and the start button is pushed the bed kicks on for 2 seconds and then shuts off . The message on the display is L37 for about a second then sets back to 0:00.

Any thoughts?

I flipped the breaker, checked the bulbs, dont see any cracked or broke.

Thanks
dawn

Re: SunDash L37

It is recycling power. If your voltage is good, including your neutral wire, and you don't have a bad ballast or lamp, you need a new power board.

Re: SunDash L37

L-37 is the timer software version. It flashes when the power to the timer is reset.

These timers were built with a sensing circuit to sense bad lamps and turn ther unit off. The lamp will flicker and buzz when this occurs and causing the timer to sense this and turn the unit off. (stupid setup)

Better yet ... order some of Neon's new timer systems, and then run for your life, laughing maniacally with your insurance check in-hand to the bank for that coin-op car wash loan ...
