JK WEllSYSTEM PROBLEMS
Does anyone have one of these? We have had one for One year, and it has been repaired FIVE times...it is embarrassing...
to always have an OUT OF ORDER sign on the room.... $13000 might as well have flushed that right down the toilet... What a waste.... same with our Avantgard....Got soaked for 20k when we bought that, one year later our distributor who we paid to move it broke it and told us it was a piece of junk and that we should just buy a new Excellence.. The most help we have got from Ergoline is they mailed us a replacement of the same defective part that broke. Dont count on ERGOLINE for anything except taking your money..... When you have a problem...poof they disappear. |

you are correct. WE ALL WISH Ergoline beds lived up to their hype but they are more like boarderline trash.

What kinds of problems are you having? Did you buy new? I bought a used Wellsystem a year ago and I have had no problems. It doesn't get used much, but people sure like the relaxing massage it gives. Do you have yours running on a t-max system? It sounds like you might have ditsy problems, more than JK Holdings problems. Call the company direct and talk to Jerry Devaney.
