I just wanted to say I am very impressed with the Sig HP's I got from URI. I put them in my StarPower and wow! Lots of color and customers love them so far too! I also wanted to say that RJ is awesome! Fast service, great communications and fantastic lamps....From now on I am a return customer of URI!!!! Thanks RJ!!

Re: Lamps from URI
John Hayes from URI is a regular contributor to these on-line boards, as was "Ed S" for years.
URI is a class organization with staff that KNOW tanning. Pricing is competitive, and best yet, I dare anybody to find someone who thinks John or others didn't know what they were talking about or sold them a piece of junk lamp! |

By golly, I can't get RJ to return a call. I bought lamps from them and have some technical questions on compatibility with oem lamps. Why should I get a lower uv meter reading on a higher rated lamp in my vhr bed vs a lower level unit. Why are my customers going to pay to upgrade when they get a higher reading on a lower bed. Maybe John will answer this question on the forums. I'm still waiting for a call; have been since Monday.

Re: Lamps from URI
I'm sorry, but I made a mistake about mentioning RJ and not getting back to me. It wasn't RJ and what happened was some miscommunication with another sales person. I will call that person today and get some answers. Again, I'm sorry RJ.
