Ergoline 850 Timer Issue

I have a 2006 Ergoline 850 that in occasion we will send time from Helios to Tmax Manager to Intellitan Box(Which is inside bench) which is connected to start button on panel. Have has 2 customer in last 2 days state that the bed shut off early, after only 4 minutes. Has anyone seen this before that you send a full 12 minute session to the bed, and the intellitan box only receives 4 minutes, but helios shows you sent 12 to the timer. Not a timer issue as it does not happen to any other bed.

Re: Ergoline 850 Timer Issue

Here again, like your Ultra-bronze problem, it could be a heat issue and a safety switch could be shutting down the bed. Brian might have an answer for you and should chime in here shortly.

If it is a heat issue you would get error codes!

Re: Ergoline 850 Timer Issue

yep , no error codes, just shuts off, exhaust fans run for the correct time. Here is the deal I have seen it show up as 4 minutes on the Intellitan Box(You know how the white Intellitan boxes flash the snet session time during the delay), when 12 minutes are sent thru Helios-Tmax Manager......

Re: Ergoline 850 Timer Issue

If you are using a older tmax manager you will need to upgrade the software by downloading the latest version of adnet then uploading it to your manager. Call Tmax for details... This will fix your problem
