Ok, I had an Ultrasun 3500/3 that worked great in my salon. Sold the bed and the new owner says it doesn't work. Now in order to get it out of the room, I had to unplg the canopy from the top (simple molex style plug) and disconnect the buck booster. So I turn off the power @ the breaker the unhook the buck booster to the bed (hot, neutral, ground not really rocket science here). Now mind you this bed work awesome and ran 25 people through just the day prior with no problem. So she had it installed today and said it just kept running through the count down cycle. Did I fail to mention that they hauled it away in a 5 x 8 U-Haul trailer over 200+miles to get home. Any thoughts! Please help.

Re: Ultrsun 3500/3
If the bed is just running through the cool down mode there could be a couple of things to check. The timer brain is shorted out (worst case) or the parameters need to be reset. The other problem could be that the connections on the ballast tray are not tight.
Good luck with that.
