SOLTRON ACRYLICS SPIDERING AGAIN!!
I hate to beat a dead horse, but everyone of my nine Soltron bed acrylics is spider webbing, cracking again. I just replaced them all, not even one year ago. I have 600 hours on these acrylics. Does anyone have any of these beds that havn't had acrylics go bad. If you haven't, you are definately in the minority. I'm getting tired of having to deal with distributors, and a company that totally ignore you. Any solutions; other then having to spend over $10,000 to replace them myself?

Re: SOLTRON ACRYLICS SPIDERING AGAIN!!
Soltron is a high maintenance brand. I hope we are getting good money per visit. 600 hrs is not that short of a time to start seeing "spider webbing" but for the money they are looking for I can see your frustration.

Re: SOLTRON ACRYLICS SPIDERING AGAIN!!
I (knock on wood) have never have an acrylic damaged from a client or manufacturing issues.
That sucks. No help from Soltron whatsoever? I'd think they'd want to correct this with you.

Re: SOLTRON ACRYLICS SPIDERING AGAIN!!
Parrot - I think your disty sucks. They probably sent you the same garbage ones they have been having problems with .
The one in my 500 cracked , they sent me a new one along with a new support design . I had a Wave spider , I have around 1000 on the new one and it still looks new. Call and talk to Dennis Tebon at Soltron . He will get it resolved. Sometimes you have to go right to the top . I have and it paid off. Dennis will actually talk to you . I didn't think he would. Don't settle. Good Luck |

Re: SOLTRON ACRYLICS SPIDERING AGAIN!!
I knew Dennis when he was the national sales manager for Soltron. Personally met him many times and he attended my grand opening for my salon. I thought he was long gone from Soltron and to top it off, he never returned any of my phone calls when I was trying to get the acrylics replaced the first time around. I really wouldn't expect too much help from him either. How did you luck out? I *****ed til I was blue in the face the first time around, so I'm not expecting anything different this time around. I know of another owner that has 3 salons with a total of 30 Soltron beds that have the same problem---**** acrylics and expensive to replace. The company did replace them the first time around, but now, it's a waiting game. At least the distibutor did stop and look at his acrylics. that was four months ago.
