Hey Gary, if that don't work tell them you are going to run an article in one of the trade magazines right next to one of their ads, maybe that will make them step up! Hope the 360 is still profitable for you.

Are these beds vented to the outside? Do you have return air if they are? Are the beds not vented at all and recerculating the hot air? Crazing is usually due to poor cooling. You are not going to have 18 defective acrylics. Something with your setup is wrong.

It has happened on all our Soltron beds also...although we haven't had the issue on the KISS beds, (those do have support).

Would it be better to have a return in each room or just vent to the outside?

This is a ongoing issue Soltron has had since they were introduced.....I've changed out our acrylics 3 x's. I noticed yesturday there starting to spider again. Jerry, Lateef and the gang have been great to work with.....they haven't let us down yet. Although.....I wish they could resolve the problem!!!

Parrot head....you don't have to change out the aluminium frame that the acrylic is attached to. There are 3 plastic grommet/pins that you can pry out from the bottom that attaches the acrylic to the frame. Makes it alot easier to change. I sent you a Pm for my contact #
