Re: Electrical installation costs!!!

You might want to look into a small nuclear reactor if you need that kinda power. Might be cheaper in the long run.

Re: Electrical installation costs!!!

I have 1200 amps and another 200 amp panel of single phase. We paid out the *** for it for future expansion purposes. I don't pay any electric bills though, it's included in my rent.

Re: Electrical installation costs!!!

800 amps 3 phase at least for 25 units (thats stretching it).
With the panel already there you can figure about $250 a room with 3/4 depending on the length of the run. This is for exposed piping. You can put it in the walls for another hundred. Some areas will be more and less depending on location in the country.

Yes. 600 amps will handle that lineup.

Quote:
1-1.5 ton of AC per bed over the norm amount needed to keep the space at temp.
1/2 ton each for your base beds
1 ton extra for each "mid level" and standup
3 tons each for the HP

12 tons of air for your beds - 5 more for your space (assuming around 2000 sq feet)

15 tons total would be minimum

Re: Electrical installation costs!!!

OK,
this job is basicly the remaining wire distribution through to the rooms and maybe the lighting and stuff. Guys.. this shouldn't be more than a $15000. job at most. Call skyview electric out of edmonton, ask for mitchell and tell him Mike hogan sent you. Don't have his tel but he's your dude. Then tell your Mr. $50K to call me if he has a problem.
