It's really depends on your salon. If you are a high volume (200-300 per day) % might be lower than 25%. Also depends on your pricing for tanning. When I see someone doing 40-50% of gross sales(you have to include your EFT numbers if you want to figure out your %) in lotions then I can pretty well guarantee you are pricing your tanning far too low.

Focus on LPPA and look at what each salesperson is doing. Raising your LPPA by 20 or 30 cents can translate into 10-15% increase in lotion sales.
