I once applied for a job there and got hired but backed up because they wanted me to sign my life to them (well almost). I am sure it would be easier to get into the CIA or the FBI. Their office downtown Montreal has security that would put Fort Knox to shame!

It means you can play the radio on a device that recieves radio waves and don't have to pay as long as your not a theater of some sort charging admittion.

So just tell them you play the radio.
