Re: Canadian Tanning Insurance

Just checked, it's $860.

$2 million Liability *
$250,000 Tenants Legal Liability
$2 million Non Owned Automotive

I honestly have no clue what all that means. That's the Hubby's deal.

* There was a Tanning Booths Exclusion Endorsement that we signed that says it modifies the general liability so that it does not apply to bodily injury or personal injury arising out of the ownership, maintenance, operation or use of any tanning booth/device/lamp or similar appliance.

Re: Canadian Tanning Insurance

Ummm? So if someone gets hurt while using a taning unit you're not covered? Even if they say slip while exiting a bed? That's not good.

Re: Canadian Tanning Insurance

Then we say they were going in for some deodorant use. I would imagine if they fell it would be normal insurance covering it but if the canopy fell and knocked them out then I'm hooped. Free tanning for life for them.

I had someone cut their toe open on the 'this bed is sanitized' sign that she put on the floor and then stepped on it. She needed stitches. I asked her if she was gonna do that again and she said no.
