Willing to Sell or Part out maybe

Hey guys,

So I purchased a small salon outside of Ottawa about a year ago and it's not a crazy ride. We purchased the business from an owner that really sucked at life .. lol .. and didn't train her customers to tan.

After a year of problems with customers and employees we're looking to end the bleeding. The business makes money, but not enough to be without an owner operator.

I am interested in either selling, as there is no competition in the area or selling after the assets. It's really a sad day for us as we finally got contracts with Roxy, Quiksilver and Bench to sell in the salon.

... but again, there isn't enough for me to employ people.

If anyone is interested, here is the information;

1. Equipment - In great working condition and clean.
Solaris42 lay down - all new facials (wiring and those cylinder things lol)
Sundome 400 (big one) Stand Up
Ergoline (old one) not sure the model

2. 200 Customer Database all contact information

3. Washer/Dryer (stackable)

4. $3,500 in lotion stock (snooki, jwwow, kardashian, etc)

5. Small amount of clothing still instock, OPI Nail polish, etc

Bunch of minor odds and ends ...

Would be looking at 10,000 for the assets. The landlord doesn't want a tanning salon in the building anymore, but there is alot of vacant store fronts available.

Don't bother trying to sell the salon/business. Just from what I read here, it is a dead proposition..no sensible person would buy, plus the fact the landlord does not want a tan salon there??? That is crazy. On top of that, 200 in a database is worthless..not even enough to sell to an existing salon, if there was one nearby.

My advice, sell the beds and w/d thru any and all options...ebay/craigslist perhaps another salon, or scrap for parts/junkyard...same with lotions, ebay Coup what you can out of it, sell for pennies on the dollar. The equipment sounds outdated on top of that...you will never sell the salon.

And that's putting it in a nice way. Put a ad on Craigslist, Everything free, then put
the rest in your dumpster while you still have access. Then change your e-mail to
