Rep Power: 0 | Re: 2012 crappy sales for Canadian? To be honest our sales were down 9%. Not bad considering many other salons I know in Canada were down over 15%. Started out January with a bang and slowly slowed down. Hoping this year will be better as more and more salons close down. Weeding out the bad from the good. Many salons are closing because their tactics are wrong. They believe they will make money by offering products and services at cut-throat prices and wonder why the next month they cant stay open. I never pay attention to this, I maintain my prices, have EFT, guarantee my tans 100%, change my lamps often and offer the best customer service. I best advice is to charge resonable prices and pay no attention to the fools who undermine our market. :) |
