Need help from a Suntouch expert. My computer crashed and now it will not allow me to put clients in the bed by my computer, only manually by the intellitan system. Also, when I go to my manager section will will not allow me to read any reports (e.g. bed activity, eft list) and is giving me an error code 20504 and states that file cannot be found.
