signs in rooms with beds?

Hey,
need help finding out what I legally need to post in each room- like do I need to post that they put on goggles even if they sign a waver saying that they already know they are supost to? Do I have to pst the max. exposure of each bed? Do I need to post weight capacity? Do I need to post the lotions banned from use on my beds? Do I need to post that these beds may lead to skin cancer?
