Need help from a Suntouch expert. My computer crashed and now it will not allow me to put clients in the bed by my computer, only manually by the intellitan system. Also, when I go to my manager section will will not allow me to read any reports (e.g. bed activity, eft list) and is giving me an error code 20504 and states that file cannot be found.

I own a ESB Grande 2400 tanning bed. It is pretty old, but untill this problem, its worked pretty good. The model number is GR2400EB.

One of the timer resistors burnt up and it is so black that I can't tell what color is used to be. Any ideas on what type of resistor I need or where I can buy one from? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
