I have checked the bulbs by switching them around, I have checked the ends, but I still can't get 2 of my bulbs to work. Any suggestions? The ballast is supposed to be brand new as well. I'm at a loss.

Is there any particular period of time to keep a lotion on the shelf? I recently grabbed one off our shelf to check it out & it was complete liquid! How long is the average shelf-life of a lotion? Anyone know?
